Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Monte Carlo account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have their original brand tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the securely packed parcel to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the items pass our quality warehouse audit, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 business days.
